My friend tried to teach me how to draw manga two years ago and this is one of the first ones I ever drew. Do you guys think she taught me well?
It's definitely a start. Now all you need to do is find your own style and refine it. That's what I did. ^-^
Yeah, I've been working on my style. In fact, I got in trouble with Sis. Beatty (an amazing artist at church if you haven't met her yet) for letting your sis draw in my sketch book. LOL.
A sketchbook can be like a scrapbook of your artistic career. Your friends are gonna photobomb you every once in awhile. And the memories that go with it are precious(trust me. I've saved every single picture any of my friends have drawn for me) and can bring you a smile when you're down. So Sis. Beatty can believe it's wrong to draw in someone else's sketchbook but I don't. Life happens... in the form of friends photobombing you EVERY DAY.
i think she taught you amazingly. don't even know if that's a word but whatever. i love manga and for one of your first drawings, it's reallt well dawn. keep going, you'll be great!
Thank you. And yes, amazingly IS a word.
im sorry sometimes i get one of those dumb brain farts and my knowledge slips away
It's okay. I'm better at creative writing then at drawing, so my vocabulary is about twice as large as most people my age. My family says I read to much. LOL
same here. my parents are trying to yank me away from them. and i know what you mean. i have huge passion for creative writing. my sister sends home her university essays cuz she wants me to correct 'em
Ha, yeah me and University sis are always exchanging stories. I think I still have one of her old ones around here somewhere...
